1. Driver Qualifications & Identification

The renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold an original valid Driving License for four-wheelers issued at least 1 year prior to rental date. Learning licenses are strictly not accepted.

2. Unlimited Kilometers & Operational Boundaries

All cars include Unlimited Kilometers within the geographical borders of the State of Goa. Cross-border travel into neighboring states requires prior written authorization and applicable state tourist taxes.

3. Security Deposit & Payments

A refundable security deposit is payable prior to vehicle handover. The deposit is refunded in full upon return of the car in the same condition as received, barring any traffic fines (challans) or accidental damages.

4. Prohibited Uses

Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, commercial sub-leasing, unauthorized speed racing, beach driving/seashore immersion, or illegal contraband transportation is strictly prohibited.

5. Fuel Policy

Level-to-level fuel handover. Renter must return the vehicle with equivalent fuel recorded at vehicle check-out.
