Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 100% full refund with zero cancellation charges.

2. Cancellations within 24 Hours

For cancellations made within 24 hours of vehicle delivery time or after vehicle dispatch, a 1-day rental charge may apply to offset driver mobilization costs.

3. Early Vehicle Returns

If you choose to return your rental car before the agreed schedule, please notify us 12 hours in advance. Pro-rated adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis during non-peak seasons.

4. Security Deposit Refund Processing

All refundable security deposits are returned immediately upon successful vehicle checkout via Google Pay, PhonePe, UPI, or original payment method.
